I'm going talk about our wonderful, amazing, delicious, cookbook; that book that the whole world has been asking for.
Why? Let me tell you.
Dad's clients have asked mom for recipes for years and the family was never able to pin her down and get anything more than a recipe written on paper or a picture taken from her cook book with all of the doodling for her changes. Until one day we had an idea, and it just clicked! If we started a cooking e-magazine we could slowly convert moms recipes and everyone else's into a useable format that was easily shared and then after a while convert it into a cookbook.

Not only is it beautiful, but it’s put together by my family in New Mexico. This is how we cook in our kitchen and we’re really good at it!
It's important to us that a cookbook is user friendly. That everyone from a beginner right up to an expert in the kitchen can pick up our cookbook and find it useful. This means it follows our motto of start where you're at and you will get better at it with time.
Something else that’s important to us in a cookbook is that it stays open while we are using it. A lot of the cookbooks we get come bound in a way that doesn't stay open. This means it's very, very hard to use while cooking and quite difficult to add additional recipes to.
The Healthiest We Can Be
When we consume anything—especially if we consume it daily—we like to make sure it’s the best, and our cooking is no different. We want to know that our ingredients are the best, that they are from a source we can trust, and that our kids will eat it. It's got to be healthy, delicious and fairly easy to make.
