- Even if the vitamins say natural on the label, they only have to have 10% natural vitamins in them.
- Most artificial vitamins are made from coal tar (nasty!).
- Vitamins labeled "Natural"are usually made from cow manure.
- These are never fully digested and most come out your other end still intact
