Nothing beats a family favorite that is healthy too!
Our Family loves to eat Corn on the cob and when it is in season it is our GO TO food. We like to switch it up by using different spices or cooking it different ways.
Here is one of our Favorite ways to cook corn!
1) Husk the Corn
Remove most of the *HUSK from your corn, leaving one layer on.
*The husk is the green leaf like stuff covering the corn.
2) Remove SILK
Remove as much *SILK as you can.
*The SILK is the stringy hair like stuff between the husk and the corn.
3) Close it up
Close the corn husk back up.
4) Soak it
Soak corn in water for 15-30 minutes.
5) Grill it
Grill on medium high for 15-20 minutes turning as needed.
6) It is done!
Remove husks. Butter, or coconut oil, and salt it. Enjoy!!
